Shipping Rates & Security

 

  • U.S. Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $800 within the U.S. only.

  • International Shipping: Rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Address Verification: For security purposes, orders must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders shipped to a different address will be confirmed by a representative before the product ships.

 

Delivery Time & Production

 

Please note that our products are individually customized for you. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Custom Fur Orders (U.S.): Please allow 7–21 business days for production and delivery.

  • Other Outerwear (U.S.): Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

  • International Orders: Orders may take up to 30 days due to extended production and shipping times.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. We will remain in contact with you throughout the order process. We may have some products readily available, which will be shipped as soon as possible.
