What is your Return Policy?
Our policy lasts for 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days after delivery date.
Refunds (if applicable)
No cash refunds or exchanges are available at this time. Presently, we do offer store credit in the form of a certificate which is as good as cash. Store credits can be used towards in-stock items only.
Upon receipt of your return we will inspected to make sure your item(s) apply to our return policy. We will also notify you we received your item(s). Within 48hrs after receipt of return we will process your store credit and email your store credit certificate.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your store credit certificate please contact us at email@example.com. You can also reach out to the store and representative can research your pending issue.
Sale items (if applicable)
All Sale Items Are Final Sales. No Refund, Returns, or Credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 51 Crystal Street East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania US 18301.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Having tracking information can confirm where your product was shipped.
