Orders must have the same billing and shipping address. All orders shipped to a different shipping address will be confirmed before the product ships.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive order. This allows us to customize all orders to perfection. Time To Clothes may have some products ready available and can be shipped as soon as possible but items will be noted if it's in stock.
Otherwise, please keep in mind all orders are individually customized for you!
Customers will be updated with tracking information when items shipped.
Complimentary shipping within the US for orders over $299.
We stand behind the quality of our products and make sure orders are designed, created, and shipped in great quality. All orders are final sale due to all orders being individually customized. We hand-select every piece used to create your order so we stand behind our quality.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A sales representative will reach out with directions.
