At Time to Clothes, we take pride in the custom-made nature of our pieces—items you truly won't find anywhere else. While all sales are generally final, we want you to wear your new coat with absolute confidence. Customer service is very important to us, and we are here for you!

If your coat doesn't fit quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or store credit.

  • The Window: Please contact us at info@timetoclothes.com or call 914-708-9600 within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a fit-related exchange. 

  • The Process: Since our items are unique, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size or a store credit to be used on a future find.

  • No Cash/Credit Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method; all returns are processed as store credit or direct exchanges.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
